PAX Prime 2014 Leader applications are live! As you may have guessed, the Battle Chateau is kindly hosting our league this year. You saw their fine establishment cater to trainers from across Kalos in Pokémon X and Y. We welcome them, and you, to this year’s Prime PPL. Question regarding the photos needed: Do I need to be in the costume, or can I link a photo of me and describe in detail the costume?

For the photos, we’re looking for just you. If you plan to cosplay, by all means link reference pictures or leave a description-but we don’t need you in a completed costume for these pictures.
I didn’t add my photo’s because A.) I wasn’t doing this on my computer/a device that I could readily access photos and B.) I’m a returning gym leader if excepted. Also with the tickets coming out, where do I post saying that I have my tickets because I do have single passes for everyday of PAX.
We will need your photos for our art team to draw your Gym Leader art (all art is handled by our in-house art team, led by Nyankokimi). When you filled out the google docs form, there should have been a link given at the end? You will need that to edit your original application. If you did not keep that link-not to worry! You can go back to the google doc link and fill in another with the photos and your prime passes status (put the personal info in again so we can merge your applications-otherwise we won’t know who is who!).
We look forward to seeing everyone’s finished applications in by Friday, May 30th. The google doc link will not be accepting applications after May 30th 11:59pm, so be sure your application is finished!
