Once a trainer like any other, Okashi of Unova was one of the few that Team Plasma’s message reached. Realizing that she would be unhappy stuffed in a pokeball all day, she released her team into the wild and took to a lonely island to reevaluate herself. While there she came across a school of wild Stunfisk. She quickly became friendly with the creatures and spent her days learning, playing, and helping them on a level she never did with her old team. When she had to return to the mainland, her new Stunfisk friends didn’t wish to see her go, and many tagged along and began following her wherever she went. This caused quite a stir when a swarm of Stunfisk over-ran the PAX Pokemon League HQ in early April 2012. The League, interested in her bond with the Pokemon asked if she would consider testing this bond of friendship against trainer teams’ discipline in good ol’ Pokemon battling.
