Started at PAX Prime 2010 by Patrick Daly, the PAX Pokemon League is an unofficial non-profit, entirely volunteer fan-run alternate reality game that is played at PAX, the gaming convention held in Seattle, Boston, Philadelphia, and Melbourne Australia. We use the most recent Pokemon main series games (Scarlet and Violet) at PAX East, West, and Aus, and play the TCG at Unplugged!

We are a weekend-long community run event that emulates the experience of earning badges and going through the Gym Challenge in real life. We are NOT a tournament- we encourage every Pokemon fan to participate no matter what your skill level is. Aside from earning real life Gym Badges you can earn other prizes too! Can you defeat the champion? Come challenge our Gym Leaders and be the very best like no one ever was! When we are not in the Community Room, look for our signature bright green scarves in the Handheld Lounge or anywhere else around PAX.
