Kuribo never liked hanging out with other people much. But his surliness did attract the attention of cheeky spirits who would play pranks on him by possessing his appliances or pretending to be ordinary objects. Over time Kuribo formed a bond with these Pokémon and now they have teamed up to play pranks in battle!
