In case anybody is still looking to get a Shiny Rayquaza Code or just wants another one, Nintendo Hong Kong is currently doing a code giveaway
Basically the only thing you have to do is go to this link

enter your email address and it will give you a code.
Code works on both XY and ORAS.
The code is advertised to only work on Japanese and Taiwan region games but like all past HK/TW events, their codes also work on EU/AU region games and I've verified this myself. You can also receive this Rayquaza even if you have received the EBgames one as they are not counted as the same event.
