Hello everyone! We’re excited to be back in person again at PAX East this year! We’re now less than 3 weeks away from the convention and we have some exciting stuff going on this year that we wanted to share with you all.
Prizes!
We are adjusting our usual prize structure this year. Instead of doing raffles we will instead be giving out prizes for earning a certain number of badges. Below is what you can win.
PAX Community Room!
This year PAX is introducing their Community Room, a place for the various communities that attend PAX to meet and hang out. We will be in the Community Room for a few hours each day.
Thursday April 21st: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday April 22nd: 12:oo pm – 2:30 pm
Saturday April 23rd: 12:oo pm – 2:30 pm
Sunday April 24th: 12: pm – 2:30 pm
These times will be when we have our usual meetups and you will be sure to find a lot of leaders accepting challengers. We will also be playing some Pokemon themed Jackbox games that you can join while waiting in leader queues. We will even be showing off some champion battles as they happen so you can watch and cheer on fellow challengers! When we are not in the Community Room we will be hanging out in the Handheld Lounge.
The Community Room is located on the first floor on the hallway to the left when entering the convention center through the main entrance. It is right next to where the Diversity Lounge has been in the past where we used to have a booth. The Handheld Lounge is located on that same hallway, all the way down at the end where it always is.
