Iridia and Ionos, the Aether Foundation Duo

Ever since the Ultra Beast incident, Aether Foundation has had it’s reputation tarnished. Seeking to restore their name, Aether Foundation has decided to send out ambassadors all across the Pokemon universe. They have reformed in a new goal to promote the nurturing of both Wild Pokemon and Trainer Pokemon alike. With this goal, some ambassadors have been tasked to restore the habitats of Wild Pokemon via natural means. Iridia and Ionos are the admins of this mission. Although their main objective isn’t to battle, they are more than capable of facing other trainers in a two-on-two match. If you are able to weather the storm, you will be awarded with the Aether Badge!

Shortly after his encounter with the Song, Rider discovered a secluded path from his gardens that led down to Earth where he would eventually discover the halls of the Pax Pokemon League. Mystified by the raw passion of the trainers and the kindness in battle, Rider sought out to find out why the link between humans and Pokemon was able to foster such an intense and strong bond that had caught his attention in the first place. Cage his jailers to earn the Freedom Badge!

Puck, the Pink Punk

Puck grew up on the wrong side of town, falling in with local gangs and becoming a general nuisance to society. All that changed on meeting the Fairy type outcast Mimikyu – together, they formed a bond and learned that even from the outside, there’s a way to make a way for yourself. Slowly making more Fairy type friends, Puck turned from misdemeanors to proper Pokémon battles. Despite his change of heart, he’s still rough around the edges – reveling in a good throw down. This thrill seeking lead him to join the League to find the challenges he craves. Challenge him and earn the Pixie Badge!

 Zlegoboy is new, up-and-coming ,enthusiastic gym leader who trains pokemon on multiple systems. He is the leader of Oof Squad!!! And he posts his pokemon adventures on his YouTube channel. He even once tried to capture an Eevee with a pokeball IRL!!! Best him and his pokemon team to take the “L”, and earn the Legacy Badge. Who will dab first in victory?

Jose, the Grumpy Old Man

Don’t let his Pokemon’s age fool you, they’ve been over the hill a time or two and definitely have what it takes to show some whippersnappers how it was back in his day. Be prepared to strike hard and fast with energetic youth or else you’ll have to get off his lawn! Challenge him and earn the Elder Badge!

Blythe, the Modern Shield Maiden

Maybe it was growing up surrounded by Tauros. Maybe it was just the stubborn streak that ran in her family. Whatever the case, Blythe wasn’t one to back down from a challenge even when it felt the odds were against her. When Beedrill were attacking a Ponyta foal that had accidentally stumbled into their nest, Blythe attempted to fend them off with a stick. Luckily the Ponyta’s mother, Rapidash, came and saved all concerned but Blythe had kept the bug pokemon at bay while the mother charged in for the rescue. When a ghost pokemon took up residence in the nearby forest and began to cause mischief by scaring the locals, Blythe set up a trap to catch the trouble causing Pokemon and ended up befriending the Honedge ensnared in her trap. When her parents couldn’t afford the dusk stone Doublade so desperately wanted to be able to evolve into Aegislash, Blythe set up a bake sale and also rented herself out for pokemon sitting and lawn mowing services to earn up the money herself. And when it comes to facing type disadvantages in Pokemon battles, instead of swapping out her team she has them stay strong until the very end. Staying in and battling through is the only way to ensure that you can pull through in any situation, even when you’re at a terrible disadvantage.

Blythe and her team of trusted pokemon have joined up with the PAX league to train and become ever stronger. Bring everything you have in this head on battle, and make sure you have a well rounded move set for your team, and you may be able to walk away with the Shield Badge.

Brandon and Angel, the Alolan Researchers

The new region of Alola was discovered, and Angel and Brandon took immediate interest in the diversity of some pokemon. Why did they change living in such a different environment? What caused this? They sought out answers, and brought these unique regional variants to Seattle to show off their work. But these pokemon were for more than research! They made excellent team mates in battle, and so naturally, Brandon and Angel took their research to the next level. Fight them and earn the Mount Lanakila Badge!

Astral has dedicated his time to mastering all forms of strength from the zodiac. He places the strengths and weaknesses of his opponents to the test using everything he has learned. Using the personality and companionship that make up every trainers bond with their Pokemon; Astral determines the fate of his opponents by the sign they are born under. Fortune favors the bold!!
