After leaving Ash and Brock to follow her dreams of becoming a contest winner in the region of Sinnoh, Dawn became bored of just contests. She missed the occasional battle with Ash, and so has decided to achieve a happy medium between the two disciplines. Dawn has come to the PAX Pokemon League in search of new opponents to battle, in hopes of finding new approaches to battling. Although, never forgetting her first love, Dawn modeled her badge after a real contest badge. Challenge her and possibly win the Super Cute Badge!

Barry is a determined trainer from Twinleaf Town, who is quick to jump into the action and take on challengers. After becoming champion at the Sinnoh League, he has been rushing across the globe to take challenges from any trainer he can. He also looks for any excuse to show off his badge collection, and his amazing and powerful pokemon! Take caution, for despite his upbeat and excited attitude, he is impatient and won’t wait a second to get the battle going! Defeat him fast to acquire the Twinleaf Badge – or be fined a million Pokédollars!

Nick Diamond, born and raised in Saffron City and a one time member of the Fighting Dojo, left not long after its defeat at the hands of Sabrina. After leaving Saffron to train, Nick heard the news about the Team Rocket attack on the Silph Corporation, and in response dedicated his life to fighting criminals. He became a well-known private investigator, traveling the world to fight crime with the help of his team of fighting pokemon. Eventually, Nick joined the International Police, and rose to the to the rank of detective. For his skill in battling, Nick was selected to represent the International Police at PAX as a gym leader, facing challengers with the team of pokémon he’s been using since his youth. Defeating him in battle will earn you the Justice badge.

While playing in the fields below Mt. Chimney, Berri met her first poachers. A shiny Swablu barely escaped the poachers, and injured its wing in the process. That Swablu has since grown under Berri’s care, inspiring in the young girl a need to protect nature and the peaceful Pokemon that live there. Berri traveled the regions, learning from many trainers who shared her calling, and adopted the title ‘Ranger’. She has since settled down to her own gym, teaching all those who pass through its doors that Pokemon and nature are meant to be respected. Should you manage to defeat her, the Berry badge will be yours. 

Born with the gift of Future Sight, Justice traveled the world to learn more about psychic powers. His personal powers have grown formidable, allowing him to easily manipulate objects with his mind. Having studied under the tutelage of Caitlin in Unova, Justice has traveled to the PAX Pokemon League as their Future Seer. Can Justice’s opponents avoid him seeing “An Easy Victory” in his future? Emerge victorious and be awarded the Esper badge!
