Everyone knows how powerful dragons such as Salamence or Dragonite are, but he wants to prove that all dragons can join in on the fun. Repto wants to show that just because a certain species of Pokémon isn’t as popular, does not mean that they are weak and should never see a battle.

Kusuo Saiki, the Silent Psychic!

You hear a voice talking directly to your head….

“My name is Kusuo Saiki. And I have psychic superpowers. The voice you are hearing now is from me talking directly to your mind via telepathy. The reason why I am here is because my psychic superpowers got out of control, and I somewhat ended up in the world of the internationally popular game, Pokémon. After I used my psychokinesis power to block a hyper beam from a wild Gyarados, psychic Pokémon that witnessed this incident started surrounding me as if I am their master. And a staff of the PAX Pokémon League was seeing the same thing, and scouted me to be a psychic type gym leader, thinking I am a very strong psychic trainer. Good grief, I didn’t know what was going on with me but I took that offer, for it seemed to be the safest choice (and the staff gave me coffee jelly too, a person that gives coffee jelly to a stranger must be a good person). It’s better than trying to teleport without thinking and ending up in a more dangerous environment, right? These incidents happened accidentally, but I will fulfil my job, and I am not going to lose easily.”
