we'd LOVE to have you helping us, but if it's an extra burden you can't take on, that's completely ok.

In case you're wondering, it would mostly be helping with drawing some of the leaders for PAX East. the drawing would start arround october, and would probably need to all be done by january or so, to give a rough timeline. also, there will probably be about 25 people that would need to be drawn between the two of you (unless we get more people). so 12-13 drawings total.

Just trying to help put that in perspective.

My thoughts on The Art Team:

1. A set schedule (Like: Everything needs to be done by January).

2. I would suggest the "Team" be divided into different artistic needs:
poster(s)
badges
website
GLs
I suggest this because i think the art in each of these areas needs to be consistent. It will look REALLY weird to have two different artists working on gym leaders at the same time. Their styles are going to be different in both inking and coloring. A way to alleviate this is if we have an inker and a colorer - but I would strongly recommend that the "look" of the GLs be kept to one person. I am in no way suggesting that this person has to be me (although I am more than happy to!), but whoever it is... it needs to remain consistent, IMHO.

Anyways, those are my thoughts at present. XD

As for who does what - I'll let you know right now I don't have photoshop, I use Painter Sai. So I can't do cool texts and whatnot. I'm not sure how good I'd be at posters, but my strength is heavily embedded in people. People people people. That's pretty much the only thing I draw, so I'd be best used drawing GLs in my humble opinion.

Again, more than your ability to draw, a firm time commitment needs to be made.
20+ GLs is a LOT of work when you consider that people are also working, going to school, and/or both.
One might be thinking "Oh, I can totally do this, no problem!" and then things get stacked up... that's where we need the commitment to the group to be strong.
I've seen people drop out of programs solely because they think their work load became too much for them to handle any other projects. If we're going to be seriously making an art team, then I will want the full commitment of the people I work with. And I will expect it. ;3

I think there are a few details I'd want to work out with Pat and Andrei first (as they are the creators of PPL) before we start asking for new artists.
