Badge Exchange Program

With the recent success of the badge trading with PPL AUS, I was thinking of starting a Badge Exchange of sorts. Since each year (for the foreseeable future) I will be attending PAX Prime and one other (rotating between the current ones of course) I should be able to hit every PAX every 3 years. This will give Leaders a chance to collect badges from the other regions even if they only attend the same PAX every year. Of course there will be guidelines to ensure that every one is satisfied with their exchange and that one person doesn't have a monopoly. This should come at no cost to anyone as Badges are a requirement for each leader to have and I'm sure many of us have leftovers from previous years. Comments\Concerns??
