That new electric fairy is going to be out of control..the only saving grace is it will most likely be fast so other weather setters like politoed and aboma can cancel it out.

I don't think that a weather he's summoning... It looks more like Electric Terrain to me. And the way they introduced him, I'm willing to bet he's one of the legendary trio of this gen. Making the other 2 bring out Grassy and Misty...

Seems the same to me... Yah the ability is new but the effect is all the same... Kinda like using Tyranitar with the ability "Sand Stream" instead of a Pokémon that knows the move "Sand Storm"...
