I'm ecstatic to see a starter that's part flying and will most likely be picking Rowlet for my starter. Part of me hopes that Litten goes Fire/Dark, just so it can be the feline counterpart for Houndoom. Not sure about Popplio... will wait for more evo reveals.

I know with this that I need to get Moon. Lunaala(unofficial) is beautiful! Starter-wise, I love Rowlet, but I'm afraid I won't like his later evolutions, not keen on Pokemon owls after Hoothoot (just my preference). I am leaning towards Litten until we get more information.

I really like all of the starters in this gen. I actually like Popplio a little bit more at the moment, but I'm still waiting for their final evolutions before I decide on one.

As for the legendaries, I was going to go for Moon before they were revealed, but that Sun legendary answers my long ago wish for a legendary lion (mostly to nickname it Aslan), although the Moon legendary seems very interesting (currently nicknaming that one Batmoon).

I'm indifferent when it comes to starters ATM. I usually wait till I see their stats and move pool to pick one. Also pokebank lets me have all 3 (>^~^)>. As for the legendary, SS Liger Zero FTW!!

Rowlet seems to be the runaway favorite all over the Internet. I've gone with the Water starter for the past three generations, but I have no idea which one I'd choose first at the moment. I have a slight preference for the Sun legendary over the Moon legendary, but I again like both of them.
