Hangouts might be significantly easier in the sense that we don't need a middle man running OBS or some such to allow us all to get a face on screen - if we want to add video into the mix. I feel like if we keep it lightweight, and have a few options open (like calling in, or an open roster for Gym Leaders), start with a solid platform for audio, and then we can see where the wind blows from there?
Semi-unrelated: for video down the track I'd love to be able to do some live streaming at PPL, with Periscope or Meerkat, of actual live matches. Do you think we'd be able to get better wifi with a press pass?
