Triples Gimmick Team?

Hey guys, Ultra Trainer Danny here! I'm going to start brainstorming a particular old gimmick team I have faced many years ago. But I would need to check with the PPL main team about this - does a Gym Leader have to maintain a particular type throughout the same team? Or can we pick a selection of 6 Pokemon to resonate that works on a single gimmick?

From my perspective, Mono-typing is the [iwqt]normal mode[/iwqt] for PPL, with hard mode being "theme supreme".

My favourite example of theme supreeeeme is a previous East Leader, where the [url=http://paxpokemonleague.net/2014/02/olivier-the-pokemon-chef/wqt]theme tickled me pink[/urlwqt].

In regards to numbers, more is fine. If you consider our very own Swarm badge, there's no reason that every bug type in the game couldn't have been in a box for rostering on, if that's how much free time was available, and what difficulty you want to set your team at!
