Well, it's not like stall teams are really alive in the 5th Gen meta anyway. Traps, yes, stall, not so much for the most part.

Maybe a limit on badges one can earn in a day, say 4? (Unless you have a one-day pass)

Ok, how about you can only get up to 4 badges on Friday (Unless, again, you only have a one day pass). Friday seemed to be particularly bad for lines.

Or maybe a more dynamic system where, in a long line situation, Leaders could refuse challenges from people with a lot of badges to give people who haven't been able participate yet the chance to get in a few games.

Also, people with 8 regular badges should be barred from waiting in non-E4 lines. I understand your desire to collect 'em all, but give other people a chance, too.
