So you’ve heard of us and want to become a leader? Well, our leaders are all hand-picked and you’ll have to demonstrate that you have what it takes. There’s a lot of things that leaders do behind the scenes, and because we’ve had issues with communication in the past, this is all information that we’ll need.

*: These are not in any way for sale. We are only charging for the materials and shipping. We are making no money off of this.
**: We welcome enforcers, but we want those that can devote at least a few hours per day to the league, or take challenges at their posts.
***: If under 18, we need a parental permisson. Ask your parents to contact one of us with permission before submitting an application.

AFTER THE APPLICATION:
After this application is filled out, event leaders will communicate with you with any other concerns that we might have, or clarifications. Once we’re happy with the application and leader info and commitment information, you will be placed in the Pending leader state, at which point you are guaranteed to be a leader - assuming you can fulfill all the requirements.

Once you are in the Pending state, you will need to do the following to be considered a full leader:
- Have a badge designed (we will have people able to assist you if needed)
- Have your badges ordered
- Have money for the scarf materials and shipping paid, or agree to pick them up on Thursday before PAX
- A headshot photo of yourself attached to the application
- Final description of your cosplay

Please note, that while we’re asking you for a lot of information, we are truly hoping you will keep up the communication. Leaders need to be prepared to contribute meaningfully up through PAX.

Once you are in the pending state, you will have a short time to fulfill all the requirements. If they are unfulfilled for too long, your spot will be lost!
