I have just about 8 people interested in this, so I have updated the OP in the thread linked in the OP of this thread with a proposed ruleset. It's basically the official Nintendo one. Suggestions for additions and changes can be made in that thread.

For those interested, registration for the league is now considered open, so if you'd like to take part in this, head over to the thread linked in the OP and sign up. Looking forward to having some fun with this.

I sat down with a couple of people yesterday and hammered out some more definite rules for the league. I have 3 definites already and including people who have posted in this thread, have about 6 or 7 others who have shown interest. The sooner we can get at least 8 people registered, the sooner it can start. Also, there are other rules suggestions to be voted on, so if you want to get in on this, head to the link below.

Just an update, I have 5 people officially registered for this league. Only need 3 more to reach the minimum to get it going. Keep in mind, there's room for more than 3 people, I just set the minimum of 8 to do it. I'm going to PM the people who've posted interest in this thread, but there's still time for people to jump on board.

We hit 8 people today (actually, we're at 9 now), so the launch of the league has been scheduled. It will kick off Saturday, December 8th. There's still time to get in if you want to. Registration deadline is Thursday, December 6th.

In case anyone is curious, the ION Pokémon League is about halfway through the regular season and there's been some really fun battles. UWorlds has uploaded any of the battle videos that people have saved to YouTube and created a playlist there of all of them for those who would like to check them out. The ION Pokémon League has reached the finals. The Cerulean Stars will take on the Pallet Town Heroes in a best of 5 to determine the first ever ION Cup Champion tomorrow night at 8:00 PM Eastern and will be streamed live. For anyone who might be interesting in checking out the action, it should be a great match with the Heroes looking to get revenge on the undefeated Stars (captained by this own forum's UWorlds), the only team to defeat them this season.
