O great mods of this board, if this does not belong here....can you delete it after I get my question answered?

anyways, how does lock-on work? I get that it makes the next attack a guaranteed hit (sans protect/detect) but does that effect remain until you're switched out, or just for the next turn? Bulba didn't help much... :/

What was the final answer in terms of switching and stuff? Does the lock carry over if you switch?

doesn't carry over if you switch, and not sure if it runs out if you baton pass it. It is baton passable though so I would assume that it doesn't run out.
