Scrafty. I have to say Scrafty has been underrated by everyone I've played recently (but lo and behold, they dropped to it). Not only does it have defenses rivalling Umbreon's, it can also learn zen headbutt and every punch (including drain) if you take the time to breed it.

Crobat-Fast but not too powerful. His confusing, poison, and flinching really can be hard on the opponent.
Lapras-Really defensive and powerful. Can learn thunderbolt so has a lot of protection.
