Fiascoes, Planeswalking, and various other Seattle stuff!

One thing that came up at the post-PAX party was how much fun we had even when not up to Pokemon stuff, to wit, I've whipped up this thread so we can coordinate and get up to all kinds of fun stuff! I am down for the following barring prior commitments:
The Vidya: Smash Bros. with it's delicious item communism tends to be about the extent of competitive gameplay I can afford to do these days and not have a heart attack (Naturally, pokemon falls into this category as well) Otherwise, co-op gameplay is definitely nice, be it ganging up on computers in Sins of a Solar Empire, or starting a Brave New World on Minecraft.
Tabletop: The sound of rolling dice to me is music in the air, and I'm always up for running a game. If you need a killer GM (or even not so killy) I'm your man. Board games are also a good way to while away the time, be it a round of Lords of Waterdeep, bickering for Westeros in the Game of Thrones deckbuilding game, or possibly even stomping Magic crackheads with my turn of the millenia deck; And let us not forget gathering round to have a good old Fiasco (Bitchy princess Rowena will return one day, I'm sure) Finally on this note, Iron Kingdoms/Warmachine; I speak it. Anyone who wants to be torched by my Menites is free to step up.
Other?: Like any good nerd, I keep with some form of comics and can jabber about it for hours with people. I also run a Steampunk LARP for those interested in either part of that weird portmanteau
That's pretty much me, What do you folks like to do that you wouldn't mind sharing with your PPL peeps?

Heck, there a'plenty of video games that we can play via the interwebs! Whether it on Steam, Xboxlive, or whathaveyou. This should morph into a thing that I can fully support and get behind.

I get into a fair bit of Rock Band and WoW when not playing Pokemans. An ocassionally sort of get-together on Steam or Xbox Live for the something like Castle Crashes, Halo or Team Fortress would be pretty fun too!

I'm always up for more tabletop, specifically World of Darkness games. My group at home tried to start a Masquerade game, which has spluttered to a halt, and no one has even spoken on touching Exalted. I did check the PA tabletop thread for anyone running these, and saw nothing. If anyone is capable of running one of these, either via skype or as a one-shot during PAX I'd really love to play.
The only steam multiplayer games I have are Spiral Knights (f2p mmo. A good one, but grindy), l4d 1&2, and Hoard. I'm definitely up for shooting zombies on a regular basis, but as I lack a console on campus that's the only real team-play I can offer. (well, there's titan quest and diabloIII, but no one really plays those anymore...)
To get this group started off (all this talk of get togethers), shall we exchange skype/steam/other info so we can find each other when we're free to suggest games? I find it much easier to scroll down my steam list to see who's on and invite them to a game rather than trying to coordinate via other methods.

That's because they weren't thinking EXALTED. In EXALTED, if you're rolling less than 20 dice on any given action, you're doing it wrong.
I'd be down for anything. I get bored. Would have to be on weekends, though, as I work second shift.

I don't play XBL very much, and when I do, usually it's because I have made plans to play something online with a friend...
As for Steam... I play TF2 preeeetty often (clocked in over 500 hours in the game.) I'm not going to call myself a pro at the game, but I am certainly better than good. I'll leave it at that before I sound like I'm bragging TOO much
I also play League of Legends A LOT, launching it through Steam. Speaking of which: I actually have a 4-man team right now and would love to have another person join us. Although our team is not pro WHATSOEVER (one of the guys only just recently started playing,) we play for fun and usually fight bots. Other then those two games, if you get my Steam account name (posted in a separate thread) you'll see me jumping from game to game sometimes.

Excellent....excellent....
Glad to hear Fiasco was such a hit, I've been having a hard time getting my more regular gaming friends enthusiastic about it (even the ones that all over over-the-top story-telling) after the last play, I most certainly need to scratch that itch more. Fortunately, after this weekend, I'm relatively free for the next couple weekends. I am willing to offer my place as a possible venue though it is a bit south of Andrei's and between me and my roommate is usually in a "chaotic crafting geek" motif, but whatever people are more comfy with.
I am going to offer next week as a possibility, 09/15. Currently have zilch planned but I'm sure we can change that. Do we want an early afternoon start (11-12), or would later afternoon (like 3-4) work better for people?
