Future East Meetup Poll

In the interest of having a meetup every other month or so, and accommodating the majority of East PPL peoples, here is a poll. Check each weekend you would be available, and we will see which weekend accommodates the majority of participants. This poll is only for potential meetups in June/July, any further plans will have to wait until these months pass.

These meetups would be held in Boston, with an initial meetup at the Pru (outside the B&N), with noms to follow (either at the Pru, or after a walk outside to one of the many eateries that Boston retains). Exact details can be hammered out once an opportune weekend is picked (potential carpools can also be discussed, for those that choose to drive).

As we're now encroaching on June, it seems we've got three weekends with three votes each. The weekends are:
June 16-17
July 14-15
July 28-29

If the three people who voted (and those who lurk) are okay with these possibilities, I'll adjust the poll accordingly and we can pick from these three. To everyone else who is interested, vote! If we can get in feedback now, rather than the week before, we'll have more people to game with! (2v2 anyone?)

I cast a vote for the weekend of June 23-24, which brought it up to three. Hopefully it'll be included in the next round of choices, as this would be my preferred weekend.

Okay guys, down to four options (some regrettably as those weekends have already passed). Can we decide on a weekend before june 22nd goes by?

I can't do the first 2 weeks of July because of a 4th of July party and connecticon

but I can do the other 2 weeks, and if we have it the 22 I have to go into boston anyway because I'm picking up my friend who was Barry the gym leader at East, he's coming to visit.
but also the 21 and 28 and 29 currently work for me.Just mentioning it because he'd also be there for that day in particular

Weekend of the 21st is going to be the Black Ships festival in Newport so I'll be occupied.

I'll let the poll run to its conclusion, but it looks like we've got a winner (July 28-29). Standard meet at the B&N at the Pru, and we can find noms from there! If anyone's got a preference/suggestion for said noms we can discuss here (or when we actually meet, given the sluggish response).
