So, I heard from another group I'm part of that this promotion is no longer exclusive to Japan. I went ahead and tried it, just in case, and lo and behold, I now have a Contrary Serperior! Figured I'd let you guys all know.

Serebii has updated the regions this code works for! NA is now included :) Presumably they'll give us the Emboar and Samurott soon too.
E12+P12: Berri, the Master Ranger+Maxie, Champion of the Land (E5)
E13+P13: Berri, the Dragon Ranger+Berri, the Traveling Ranger
E14+P14: Neuro of Aperture Labs+Co-cordinator
