I've been crying out for a Pokemon anime without Ash for ages. So I'm super thrilled if that's what this turns out to be. Love the change in art style too. Though wasn't there an anime with the G/S protagonist at one point? Had a Typhlosion or something? Whatever happened to that?

This is the anime we've wanted for years. Appealing to the nostalgia of older fans and looking to indoctrinate younger fans of the older gens. Did you know there are young kids in Japan who don't know most of the original 150?

There's also some subbed copies (by someone else) on youtube. But, none of the on screen text is translated like in the copy in the torrent.

Also, none of the pokemon say their own name, which is actually pretty cool.

I"ve yet to see the special but I've seen a couple scenes and a bunch of GIF sets and I already know I'll love this, and I already have so many questions answered, and already kinda possibly cried over a particular gif set.

anyway I can't wait to see the full thing.
