Make sure you have a pokémon tucked in via your global link.
On the Global Link site, sign in and then click PROMOTIONS.
Then click on the eevee one.

Then, when you go into Dream World, it will be on the board in your house there.
Then you can take it like you do other pokémon from Dream World.

The game was super glitchy, I won twice and it never registered. After you won, did you check to see if you could play and win again? Did you check your "home page" to see if it had registered? It's totally possible that you won and it never counted it.

Part of the problem with the game was that you could play it WITHOUT having logged in to your PGL account.

I hope they fix that in future. But, I'm sort of hoping they don't do an offer like this again.
Too many glitches AND having to wait weeks after it ended to actually get it.
Do they not understand that their target audience doesn't have that long an attention span?

Just picked up mine, both have pretty bad natures though, a Rash Espeon and a Hardy Vaporeon.

Unless the DW Eeveelutions act differently than regular DW 'mon, (never beat the game myself) you should be able to encounter it in the forest (in-game forest where you usually catch DW 'mon) and SR for a desirable nature.

Japan has access to Female DW Eevee's though, so our Eeveelutions just became moot anyway. At least now we can breed instead of SR.
