My Nintendo: Club Nintendo's Successor

So thanks to Nintendo's financial meeting last night, we finally know what form Club Nintendo's successor will take.

You still get points for purchasing games, but it seems you'll also be able to get points by -playing- the games themselves, as well.
You'll be able to use your points on games and physical goodies like before but you'll also be able to use them to nab coupons. Not only for games, but movie theaters and theme parks too.

Other neat bits include purchasing eshop software online and having it download directly to your consoles, discounts on your birthday, a decreasing emphasis on friend codes and saving your game data to the cloud.

It'll start in March next year.

I think My Nintendo will be really cool and useful. I really enjoyed club Nintendo and this seems like it will be even better than that. So I am pretty excited for it because I mean regardless of how good it is, it is a rewards system and that is more than we have right now.
