(Once a week, Professor Pine?! You should be flossing every day! I highly recommend it. Plus, if you include it in your daily routine, it's much more likely to become a habit. It will toughen your gums, and become a much more pleasant experience! I speak from experience... daily flossing was my 2008 resolution, and I haven't missed a day yet, going on three years now!)
I don't usually make specific resolutions... since I feel I'm simply apt to break them, but I am making a renewed effort to stay focused, set goals for myself, and achieve them in the new year.
