Should we more strictly enforce the "Gym Leader" theme? Mono-type teams, etc? It might make them easier to defeat, but it might also make the experience a little more realistic and cool.

the gym leaders should have a theme. its a self imposed restriction that holds to the game and adds a challenge for the leader
