I read the app form thing and I'm wondering about a few things. Do I NEED to have a cell phone that can recieve/send American text messages? What is a PAX form handle? What do you mean by Any Team Quirks? Finally what do you mean/what are you looking for in the bio? (I know this was for the previous Prime but I'm trying to think ahead)

Cell phones on an American network are practically required if you don't want to get screwed on roaming. You can pick up a pay-as-you-go phone over the border though, and only use it in the country.

PAX Forum handles are your account name on the official PAX forum. If you didn't discover us through there, then you're [bf9v]very encouraged[/bf9v] to register there and keep that thread active as well, as it's how a large chunk (50% as of all responding challengers so far) of challengers find out about us.

Team quirks are things like: Double battle, rotations, must sing every action your pokemon makes, must declare your love for team rocket, things like that.

The previous Bios are the blurbs posted about each leader on both the past East and the current site.
