PAX Pokemon League

I just wanted to thank all of the leaders and challengers for making my first league, and indeed first experience with competitive battling, a success! Unfortunately, I was unable to acquire the badges needed to challenge Giovanni - I lost to Kumo 0-3 and got walled by Jose's Cradily - but I already have ideas for how to improve my team for the next shot at Poke-glory. Sadly, I don't think I will be able to attend PAX East, as being a student is hard enough without paying round-trip airfare and hotel fees, but I look forward to seeing the batch of leaders at PAX Prime '12.

I have the same feelings as Reploid right now, as this was my first and not last PPL it was VERY fun. I had 14 badges but never found E4 leaders plus lost to bug :/ but still had a great time!

I can't thank you guys enough fir putting this league together. It always proves lots of fun and I get to meet fellow pokefans. It's tough when there is no one in my state who seems to be interested in pokemon battling, lot alone close to my age. I feel like such a part of a community when I'm with you all. I hope I get to see many of you at East.

Being a competitor again was nice. I noticed many leaders being very available for trainers and didn't seem to be as swamped as leagues before. I never had to do a 3-to-KO and I'm glad.
