#PPLAlert seems very specific. #PPLE will mean that challengers can also announce when they see leaders and such.

at prime, I tried using #PPL but that was used for an abreviation for people...

#PPLE it now the official tag.
#PAXPLE is a bit too unwieldy, and just #PAXPL isn't unique enough.

According to my painstaking research, It would appear that #PPLE is also commonly used as an abreviation for People. We may need something longer. #PAXPPL seemed free.
