We definitely should have something advertising these forums now that they're more active. The previous flyers we had explained the league well, but were practically useless after PAX ended.

If you (the royal you) want to design a flyer or business card or both advertising the league or the forums or anything, let me know. I can get them printed and since I'm local for East, it'll be easy enough to get them to the venue without something having to worry about flying them out to Boston or shipping them.

That's awesome, we will take you up on that! When do you need the designs finalized by? Because usually we don't get information about which time our meetups will be until only a couple of weeks before PAX.

There'd really be no hurry. Even a week before should be fine. I plan on working until Wednesday or Thursday the week of PAX. It would just be preferable to have them about a week before just to make sure I can find the time between doing actual work to get them printed and cut to finished size.
