It was at one point (Prime 2010 for sure), but I don't think anyone followed it. I did have three people who quietly bowed out after their loss and didn't consider asking for a rematch, and last year I remember it being generally understood by challengers. I do agree though that if it's posted anywhere to change it to "leader's choice/per day". Dry spell = play until you win.

Aye, I was one of those who bowed out after E4 losses, though it seems that even the E4's themselves weren't aware of that clause. I'm fine with getting 1 battle against the Champion, as that makes sense, but having a rules page and common knowledge contradict each other makes for some rather confusing situations.

I got stomped by bug/steel both multiple times. Steel like 8 times on sunday( CURSE YOU!) and each time they were more than happy to let me challenge again if no one else was waiting. I had no problem with how it went. and just for your info, i lost cause i had no offensive fire, remedying that right now. BlackFox, i will have my revenge! (anytime we can get a good WIFI conection)
