Gotta admit: I really dig these ideas. It'd be nice to have something like 2 or 3 variations of the 'Bingo Dex Cards' within each tier, so that not everyone has the same pokemon to search for.

I like the idea of giving them a bingo-card of silhouettes to match up to pokemon (and I'm all for pulling the kind of stuff like Jigglypuff-seen-from-above), but if they're just looking to match up the shadows to the pokemon belonging to gym leaders, aren't they missing the part where it's supposed to get them interacting with each other? Plus, how far in advance would leaders have to have their teams locked in place to make sure accurate cards get made?
