PAX Pokemon League

As popularly requested, here's a breakdown of the rivals/types/themes people have applied to be gym leaders for. Note: because we don't want anyone stealing anyone else's theme ideas, if you post an application for a unique theme that someone's already applied with, we're going to give precedence to the person who posted it first. No plagiarism! Obviously that doesn't apply to types or rivals.
