The line problem may have it's solution in the same way you receive delicious meats and cheeses.
How about, at get-togethers, challengers make one big line and take a number. When a leader is free they call the next number on the list. When your done fighting, you go to the end of the line and get a new number. If you have the badge of the leader who calls your number, switch numbers with the person behind you until called by a leader you haven't fought yet. This way everyone gets a turn.
The numbers could be printed on Avery Business Cards or could even be scraps of paper handed out by a bored E4 or Champion. You could even get a white board with "Now Fighting #" on it. It'll be like a Poke-deli!

Isn't this the same concept as how the leaders were just writing people's names down on a list, and calling them out when their turn was up? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to be the exact same idea <.<

If each leader has a list, and you show up 15 minutes late, your probably going to be fairly low on everyone's list. Someone who showed up early is probably high on multiple lists, and will get to fight several people in a row. If there's one big line, then once you fight you have to wait until everyone else has had a turn before you can fight again.

We'll keep this under consideration! It has both positives and negatives.
Positives:
- Single line would move faster than dozens of individual ones.
- Leader Churn
- Allows people with less badges more chances.
Negatives:
- Seems overly clinical
- Easier/More common leaders will be challenged less
- Frustration of person at front of ine if they have all but one badge.

I think this is..okay. Not rgeat.
It'll work really well if some(not all) leaders are completly open to people when not at the get togethers.
But..I gotta say I don'tlike the concept of the feel it would give the get togethers. :/
At East, while yes confusing and rage inducinmg at times, it cause you to make a lot of connections and random chit chat. Which I really enjoyed. Worried that the take a number might destroy that.
What'd be really cool is if we could projection screen fights or something somehow.

While one line is more efficient overall (and I do like this idea), but less psychologically appealing to people. If we did it, we would have to have some sort of table or location place for this to work out.
Secondly, we have the issue that there are some people who need to challenge just 1 gym leader, and there are about 6 at the meetup.
thirdly though, we could use this to move the line when needed (in case of fire hazard).
Overall, I think it's a bit of over-complication and adds more possibility for problems and confusion, but it is still a great idea. If the conditions change, it is definately a consideration, but based on how we operate now, I don't think it would be a good fit.
