Hailing from Mauville City, Duke grew up among electric types of all shapes and sizes. Though he did love the volts from all electric Pokemon, there were 6 that he kept the closest, Rotom. Not only did the Rotom help with Duke’s everyday needs, he would pay them back by helping them become stronger. Duke was de-lighted upon hearing about the League opening in the Australian region.
